Service Description

The Professional Pizzaiolo Certification Class is offered through the Pacific Northwest School of Pizza in Kingston, Washington. It is one of 2 Pizza Schools in the United States to have been Certified by the Scuola Pizzaiolo Italian in Parma Italy. It is a brief sailing across the water from Seattle. The class is offered on a limited basis. It consists of 4 days of immersion in the Art and Tradition of Pizza Making. Classes are Tuesday though Friday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.. The class will include a variety of American and Italian pizza styles. Students will have the opportunity to work in 2 active restaurants.
