Service Description

Hard to believe but, yes...Tony Gemignani will teach an 8 hour class on Tuesday 7/12 at our very own Sourdough Willy's. This is an opportunity that any serious pizza lover can not miss. I suggest you sign up early because Tony will draw students from all over the NW. We are honored and thrilled to have him. Tony will teach how to make a universal dough using a preferment and make NY, Sicilian, Grandma, & Detroit pizzas. Each student will learn the fundamentals of working gas and electric ovens. Tony will demonstrate how to hand stretch pizzas, make sauce, and pesto from scratch. Students will also learn the basics in Neapolitan pizza.
