Pacific NW School of Sourdough Pizza
At the PNW School of Sourdough Pizza we have designed classes for Professionals as well as Home Bakers and Pizza Enthusiasts.
Our Professional series are 4 day full immersion classes covering the ins and outs of commercial baking for each individual pizza style. They are Professional Success with Sourdough, Professional New York Pizza, Professional Wood Fired Pizza and Professional Pan Pizza. The professional classes include some of our 127 year old Sourdough Starter, techniques, recipes, trouble shooting, support, school uniform and a Certificate of Completion.
Our Home Baker series are three hour long classes and include some of our famous 127 year old sourdough starter, recipes, aprons & ingredients for in class and to take home. The Home Baker classes are: Starters and Breads, Pizza at Home, Brunch 1 (Waffles and Pancakes) & Brunch 2 (Cinnamon Rolls and Sticky Buns.)
Our Pizza Enthusiast series offers a Date Night as well as a Pizza Party option. Pizza Parties are avilable for kids, teenagers and adults. Because everyone loves pizza!
Our Guest Chef Series will vary depending on the chef. They will be one day classes focusing on that Chef's strengths and techniques. We will have different Chefs throughout the year and limited openings in each class.
